Bug Description
I cannot configure a raspberry pi without attaching a keyboard, monitor and mouse because I cannot get it to use the WiFi. I'm reporting this as my last hope.
I've tried everything online. I even copied wpa_supplicant.conf from a running system. I tried adding it to /boot, it doesn't copy. I tried adding it directly to /etc/wpa_
I cannot configure a raspberry pi without connecting a monitor and keyboard. I've never been able to do this and I've tried as many as 20 installations on 10 different Pis. The only way I can get it to work is by using raspi_config.

ctrl_interface=
update_config=1
country=US
network={
psk="my wifi passphrase has spaces"
}
I wish I could give you error messages, but there aren't any. There are no log entries on my router indicating that an ip address was requested so apparently it does not even try.
