time64 requirements with docker and alpine

Bug Description

I'm running Docker version 20.10.1 mainly to run Homeassistant (hassio) on my Raspberry PI 4 with 4 GB ram.

Looks like in the latest version some addons for Homeassistant moved on to Alpine 3.13 Linux.

But there is some incompatibility between Alpine 3.13 in container and Raspbian as host:
https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Release_Notes_for_Alpine_3.13.0#time64_requirements

For alpine to run it requires time64 and that requires libseccomp to be version 2.4.2 or higher and compiled against Linux UAPI headers 5.4 (which contain time64 syscall definitions) or greater.

Will this be something that can and will be backported or do I need to look at a different Linux distribution than Raspbian?
