Bug Description
Hi,
I've Installed Raspberry Pi OS on my RP 4 4GB
and I can't use any keyboard or mouse (Wired or Wireless) on any USB port after the installation.
I've tried reinstalling using NOOBS, same issue.
Bet when I tried to install older version, such as 2019-09-26 version of rasbian, it all works fine.
Everything afer the 2019-09-26 version makes the mouse and keyboard not work.
