Bug Description
I installed 2020-05-
I updated all software.
The wifi doesn't work any more.
After rebooting, I could see the ssid of networks, but I can't connect.
Today, The country for the wifi was not set.
I tried to set it several times, but it didn't seem to get saved.
Wired networking works fine.
I also installed the same OS on a 3B, and wifi worked fine. I updated all software,
and the wifi still works great.

Now I can't even see the SSIDs. I specify the country of the wifi, but it won't get set. It is set in the config file, but the GUI app doesn't recognize that.
This is a significant bug.
