Bug Description
The latest batch of updates (which included kernel updates I installed today May, 28 2020) seems to have introduced a problem. Randomly, the entire system will crash and just go to a black screen. The only way to fix it is to do a hard reset of the Raspberry Pi. This has never happened before today, but has happened twice in the last 3 hours since I installed the latest batch of updates. Given this has never happened before, this seems to be a regression issue and a new bug that was introduced in the last few commits.
I've tried looking in the logs, but can find nothing that seems helpful.

Forgot to mention hardware. Raspberry PI 4B with 4Gb RAM.
