Raspberry Pi 4
When connected to a TV (TCL 32DS520) through - black screen - NO SIGNAL, with this pi connection
to LG (65") - Displays all screen resolutions correctly.

at the same time Raspberry Pi 3 B - Displays all screen resolutions correctly on TV (TCL 32DS520) no additional settings!

For Raspberry Pi 4 I tried all the settings in config.txt up to hdmi_timing. - one result - NO SIGNAL

Hi,

I don't believe this would be a bug with Raspbian, especially as a Pi3 works.

Have you reported this to the Pi Foundation or posted on their forums?

On forums all problems are solved by config_hdmi_boost UP.
But on Pi4 This option is ignored on the Raspberry Pi 4.
