wiringpi package needs update for RPi 4

Bug Description

When I run the gpio utility, I see the following:

root@raspberrypi:~# gpio readall
Oops - unable to determine board type... model: 17

The output of the program should display information about the RPi board and GPIO status.

I am running Buster, updated this morning on 2019-10-22.

root@raspberrypi:~# uname -a
Linux raspberrypi 4.19.75-v7l+ #1270 SMP Tue Sep 24 18:51:41 BST 2019 armv7l GNU/Linux

root@raspberrypi:~# apt list | grep wiring
WARNING: apt does not have a stable CLI interface. Use with caution in scripts.
wiringpi/testing,now 2.50 armhf [installed]

The WiringPi website says version 2.52 is required to support the RPi 4:
