VNC server not working after upgrade on RPi3 and RPi4B

Bug Description
After upgrading to the latest version of the VNC Server and viewer:
Preparing to unpack .../5-realvnc-
Unpacking realvnc-vnc-server (6.5.0.41730) over (6.4.1.40826) ...
Preparing to unpack .../6-realvnc-
Unpacking realvnc-vnc-viewer (6.19.715.41730) over (6.19.325.40889) ...
I am not able to use the server, and i get this message:

On some distributions (in particular Red Hat), you may get a better experience
by running vncserver-virtual in conjunction with the system Xorg server, rather
than the old version built-in to Xvnc. More desktop environments and
