Bug Description

The audio quality is really poor (also chops audio off occasionally) when chromium plays youtube on raspberry pi 3 B+ (haven't noticed it on others). I had to change pulseaudio config as follows to work around:

Change

load-module module-udev-detect

to

load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0

in /etc/pulse/default.pa

So, there are some timing problems with the 3B+. This is on up to date Raspbian buster (as of Aug 4, 2019).
