Bug Description
The current Raspbian Buster version of CQRLOG fails to upload/download QSOs to LOTW (logbook of the world). Some kind of SSL issue. I got the latest version of CQRLOG from their git repository and recompiled. This gives correctly working version of CQRLOG. Not sure if something was fixed in cqrlog itself or simple recompilation was enough.

The seems to have been an update on cqrlog but still it does not work. LOTW does not work and it seems that the clublog interface does not work either.
Taking the current git version and compiling it produces a working cqrlog.
