Bug Description

Please provide an online package search for Raspbian similar to https://packages.debian.org and https://packages.ubuntu.com Benefit of this is that users can more easily decide when to upgrade to a new version of Raspbian or what the implications are.

For example, which version of Kodi is being shipped at the moment for a certain version of Raspbian can be looked up, before upgrading. Currently, a lot of users that upgraded to Buster are unpleasantly surprised that it ships an older version of Kodi then stretch did. As Kodi a custom build package for Raspberry Pi, it will become available later. An online package search service can prevent a lot of disappointment under users and save time as some need to revert to stretch.

Source code of the Debian Package Search can be found at https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/packages
