valgrind says Illegal instruction

Bug Description

Hi,

I just installed valgrind with: sudo apt install valgrind
Whatever valgrind option I pass I'm getting:
"Illegal instruction"

Eg.
$ valgrind --version
Illegal instruction

$ apt-cache show valgrind
Package: valgrind
Version: 1:3.13.0-2~bpo9+1
Architecture: armhf

This is an almost fresh raspbian install on a raspberry zero w.
$ uname -a
Linux raspberrypi 4.14.98+ #1200 Tue Feb 12 20:11:02 GMT 2019 armv6l GNU/Linux

I don't belive that valgrind package came from us.

Can you post the output of "apt-cache policy valgrind"?
