mouse sensitivity setting does not work in Czech translation

Bug Description

Mouse sensitivity (acceleration) setting in "Mouse and Keyboard Settings" window does not work in Czech translation. In English is it OK. I think that error is in configuration file /.config/autostart/LXinput-setup.desktop. Value "libinput Accel Speed" should be with decimal dot, but if i change setting in "Mouse and Keyboard Setting" window, this value is set with decimal comma. If I manualy change decimal comma for decimal dot, it works fine.

Additional info: I observe this bug in Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with "RASPBIAN STRETCH WITH DESKTOP AND RECOMMENDED SOFTWARE" released on 2018-11-13. Mouse is Logitech RX250.
