Raspbian Stretch 2018-06-27
"Welcome to Rasberry Pi" wizard. Setting country to Russia, language - Russian. Next step - changing password. Typing password, and see, that layout is russian (cyrillic). And it's impossible to switch layout, and therefore it's impossible to type password, cause no one uses cyrillic passwords.
UPD
Consequently i havn't US layout after reboot at X windows. At tty keymap is UK, but cyrillic symbols not setted.
