wifi random disconnects when eth0 is also connected

Bug Description
HW: raspberry Pi 3 Model B
Sw: hassbian (home assistant raspbian clone)
Description: when eth0 and wlan0 is connected to the same LAN in the same time then raspberry Pi and other connected wifi clients (!) randomly disconnect from the network. After disabling wlan0 with "sudo ifconfig wlan0 down" command on the Pi, the issue is gone. When either eth0 OR wlan0 connected but not simultaneously then no problem can be detected.
