mysql apt failed on "buster"

Bug Description

on the newest development branch of raspbian"buster".When I install mysql-server-5.5.It come with a problem seems the dependence on this package is collide with the mysql-common package.
I have run apt update and dist-upgrade.But there always comes the problem.
