Bug Description

Gstreamer is currently failing to compile as follows:

/usr/local/gcc-6.2.0/bin/ld: testegl-testegl.o: undefined reference to symbol 'glUniformMatrix4fv'
/opt/vc/lib/libGLESv2.so: error adding symbols: DSO missing from command line
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

It looks like one of the dependent libraries that libGLESv2.so depends on that provides the glUniformMatrix4fv symbol is missing.

It looks like the package that provides /opt/vc/lib/libGLESv2.so does not declare its package dependencies correctly.
