Problem description:

Paging in console mode is broken, and I suspect the boot logo plays a part in
the problem. To observe the problem, use less to open a large text file. Page
down a few screens, then try to page up. The content does not page back up
appropriately.
To alleviate the problem, add logo.nologo to /boot/cmdline.txt. The problem
does not appear when the logo does not show on boot.
