Incorrect systemctl call on SSH login

Bug Description

Right after the latest packages update I've been given the following bash script error during SSH login:

> -bash: systemctl: command not found

My configuration doesn't have `systemd` installed so the `systemctl` command is obviously unavailable. I began searching for the source of the message and pretty quickly found it originates in the `/etc/profile.d/sshpasswd.sh` which newly checks for the default `pi`/`raspberry` credentials use to prevent signing in with these.

This script should perform the running `sshd` daemon check another way, independently on the available `init` system.
