Bug Description
When a bluetooth keyboard device is paired and connected to a PI3 running PIXEL, the VNC icon does not display anymore in the task bar(even if VNC was activated in Raspbery PI configuration).
Accordingly, it is not possible to connect from another device using VNC viewer (connection denied).
When the bluetooth keyboard is desactivated and system rebooted, the VNC icon does appear again and remote access is working fine.
