"gcc: internal compiler error: Killed (program cc1)"
Every time I've seen that message the cause has been that the system ran out of memory and triggered the OOM killer. Please add more swap and try again
I've suggested to Debian that a more helpful error message would be useful but I suspect it would be nontrivial to implement. https:/ /bugs.debian. org/cgi- bin/bugreport. cgi?bug= 704999.
