OpenVPN fails to restart configs in systemd

Hi !
I am using openvpn on RPI 512MB with kernel 3.18.5+ #748 PREEMPT Wed Feb 4 21:24:41 GMT 2015 armv6l GNU/Linux
There is an issue if I add a new openvpn config inside /etc/openvpn/ and execute "service openvpn restart" it won't start up that config. Even if I do "service openvpn stop" and "service openvpn start" it will only execute and restart previous instances. However if I reboot the RPI, the new config will come into effect, become readable and will work.
