LXDE reboot password prompt closes

Bug Description

On the default Raspbian setup, if you click the logout/shutdown button in the bottom-right, then choose "Reboot" in the dialog that shows up, it prompts you for your password.

It then closes the password prompt approximately 2 seconds later. I ran `lxde-session-logout` from the command line, and there were no errors.

The availability of passwordless sudo makes me think there's another permissions system not set up quite right, but I'm not sure what it would be.

As a side note for anyone encountering this issue, you should be able to use `sudo reboot` or `sudo poweroff` from the command line.

Is this still an issue with the latest foundation image?

It seems like there are really two seperate issues here neither of which is really a raspbian issue per-se

1: The fact you get the password prompt at all suggests the foundation haven't set things up quite right in their image
2: I'm pretty sure the fact the password prompt dissapears is a debian issue since i'm sure i've seen the same happen on a debian amd64 system running lxde.

If you want to get this issue fixed, more information is needed.
