Bug Description
python-bson is missing its native extension. This makes decoding bson objects unusably slow on the rPi.

It seems to be build on armhf in sid, but not on wheezy.
I have not contacted them. I will.

It looks like debian have increased the architecture list but it's still not built on arm*

I notice that debian only build the native extension on a small selection of architectures.
Do you have any evidence that the native extension works properly on other architectures? have you tried getting in touch with the debian maintainers of the package to see if they have a good reason for only building the extension on a few architectures.
