Month name in Photo Folder / Video Folder pathnames

Hi Damon! Thank you very much for this wonderful program! It almost perfectly fits our family's workflow. The only thing that I miss is the ability to use month names in the target directory pathname. We use paths like "/srv/Prime/Photos/2012/04-April/04-18-Job Code". This seems to be the best combination of pathname components for use with Picasa. Could you please add this feature? I've attached a simple patch that implements it. There's only one file affected:

patch rapid/generatenameconfig.py < month_name.patch
