Bug Description
In recent updates of Fedora 16 the 0.4.3 version of Rapid-photo-

While the program still runs, any attempts to start the download process just hangs. I tried downgrading to 0.4.1, same issue. I then went into preferences and turned off Thumbnail generation, which didn't cause the above error and allowed the download to start.
This looks to be more of a bug with Python 2.7. Any plans to port to 3?

Works for me in VirtualBox 4.14 using Fedora 16 with the latest updates.
Rapid Photo Downloader depends on python libraries that currently only work with python 2.x, including Python Imaging and Pyexiv2, among others.
