Bug Description

My new compact camera (iOS 12) saves some images in the HEIF format. It would be useful if Rapid Photo Downloader could import them.

About the format:

Current behavior of Rapid Photo Downloader:

> Encountered unhandled file IMG_0001.HEIC. It will not be downloaded.

No exiv2 support as yet; is tracked here https://github.com/Exiv2/exiv2/issues/318

Support in ExifTool, but thumbnail extraction status unknown because I have not looked at it. Hopefully will work the same as with Canon CR3 files.
