Bug Description

At start "A problem occurred..." dialog appears and no files are detected.
RPD has just be installed in Manjaro from AUR.

I don't know which version of the code you're running, by the way, because 0.9.0a7 is not yet released.

The bug was caused because when the scan process tried to determine device time zones by examining sample files, it could get into a state where it assumed it had extracted the value from a sample photo, but had in fact instead extracted it from a sample video.
