Bug Description
When downloading files from my Fuji XT1, with the combination of RAF and JPG, files are not all downloaded. Download ends about one-third or half way and is rather slow. When checking the downloaded folders, some folders are misssing and I have to download them with the file manager, in my case Nemo (Linux Mint).

If you have a card reader, I strongly recommend using that, instead of directly connecting the camera via USB. Or else copy the files using the file manager to a temporary location, and use the features of Rapid Photo Downloader to import and rename the files if you wish.
