Bug Description
The VirtualHost editor's "Advanced" tab incorrectly reports certain email addresses as invalid.
Specifically, addresses in the form "<email address hidden>" are not permitted by Rapache, even though the plus sign ("+") is an allowed in the local part of the email address.
