cannot contact Apache

Bug Description

On Rapache start I have "Warning cannot contact Apache".

I see that in my host file there was no setting for localhost.
After that I've added the line "127.0.0.1 localhost" Rapache started to work without problems.

I don't know if I have removed that line from the hosts file or it is by default, but anyway in that case Rapache could contact Apache by 127.0.0.1

Having the line should be the default and not having it is likely to
cause a few problems with other programs.

Since this is a minor glitch the bug-fix will be released directly on
the next versions.

Thank you for your help.
