mimetype handler for apache confs

Bug Description

Would be quite nice if clicking an apache conf. file would open rapache and show the source inside edit-vhost or edit-generic.

In order to do this we need to investigate on gnome mime handling (i.e. understand if we can rely on something more than file extension to determine the mime)

looking at how etc/apt/sources.list is done may help.
sources.list doesn't keep the right mime if copied in your home directory

Changed in rapache:
importance: Undecided → Wishlist

another thing: to prevent user submitted bombs to our home we should also add an 'open in editor' button/link to the sources tab (that could be a general change)

We will need to add a command line option to the rapache executable to allow it open a vhost at start-up
