Rapache should not expect Apache server to be local

Bug Description

Is Rapache for remote administration or not? If so, why does it expect to have a local apache install? Rapache should ask on startup which server to adminster and not expect a local server. Many people run webservers headless and should not have to have apache installed locally and taking up resources that are not necessary.

At the moment rapache can only manage local apache.
Remote administration via ssh is targeted for the 1.0 release and we are working towards that goal

We got all the SSH hype by bloggers blindly copying the text launchpad page in their posts without even trying to install the software.
I'll change the launchpad page.
