platform openstack is not found

Tried cloning the repo as well as tried installing rally-openstack from pip.

everytime i run the following command i get the error platform openstack not found.

(overcloud) [stack@hkg2director rally-openstack]$ rally plugin list --platform openstack

Try to install latest rally-openstack package (i.e. 2.2.0). The broken ceilomentclient package is removed there - https://github.com/openstack/rally-openstack/blob/master/CHANGELOG.rst#220---2021-10-25

i installed version 2.2.0. still getting the error platform openstack not found
