As indicated

It seems that the install_rally.sh script has been intentionally removed, and the new installation process is to just run `pip install rally-openstack`. You also need to manually configure the database, e.g.:

~/.rally/rally.conf:

[database]
connection = sqlite:////path/to/rally.db
```
