Have to execute 'rally deployment recreate' twice

I noticed that after the first time command
rally deployment recreate --file <file_name>
is executed nothing changes in the output of 'rally deployment show'

So I have to execute it twice so that 'rally deployment show' will show new information which I provide in <file_name>

Checked this behavior in Rally v0.8.1 and v0.9.0

    We should update the engine's deployment after deployment is
    updated.
