Bug Description
ENV: rally 0.8.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. launch tempest tests.
2. Create junit report using command
rally verify report --type junit-xml --to result.xml
Result:
<testcase class_name=
JUnit report is invalid. "class_name" attribute should be replaced to "classname".
