"rally task status " return status is error

Bug Description
"ctrl + c" interrupt the running task, "rally task status" return status is still running
[root@localhost ~]# rally task status

you must not use "ctrl + c" because it is not supported yet. We have bug about it (with high priority) and I am working on that
