Bug Description
One of the VM state in nova is SOFT_DELETED (see https:/
to restore a deleted instance with all resources that was attached to it at the time of the deletion (Volume, IPs...)
This feature is enabled by changing the reclaim_
I would like to add a capability for Rally to test this state, e.g - delete an instance with Volume attached to it and make
sure the volume is not usable as long the instance is in soft_delete state and same for other resources.
