rally show doesn't display properly resources in case of specified users in deployment

Bug Description

Instead of having for each user own rows we were adding rows to single array. Which produce terrible output

    Fix rally show commands for existing users in deployment

    This patch contains 3 fixes:

      1) Rally `show' commands catch properly exceptions from keystone
         and display human readble errors for Rally users.

      2) For each user his own resources should print be print.
         Before this patch table rows were summmarized (without flush)

      3) Print headers with information about which resource
         are displayed in table
