Bug Description
exit status should be non-zero if task validation failed:
$ .tox/py27/bin/rally task start --task rally-jobs/
....
Reason:
Invalid scenario argument: 'Could not open /home/jenkins/
For more details run:
rally -vd task detailed 55afadcb-

0
