tempest test validator doesn't work for tests from `tempest.thirdparty.*`

Task config is invalid.
        Benchmark TempestScenario.single_test has wrong configuration of args at position 0: {'test_name': 'tempest.thirdparty.boto.test_ec2_instance_run.InstanceRunTest.test_run_stop_terminate_instance'}
        Reason: One or more tests not found: 'tempest.api.tempest.thirdparty.boto.test_ec2_instance_run.InstanceRunTest.test_run_stop_terminate_instance'
