Bug Description
I already have Mitaka setup in my enviroment.
Then I tried to install Openstack Raksha service on it And observed bunch of package dependency issues
For example :
Mitaka has python-pbr package version of python-
Like this there are many other dependencies. Is it not compatible with Mitaka? If yes may i know which version it supports?
