Bug Description
At the moment, only binary alloys (or ternary alloys with a fixed component) are permitted (i.e., the material can be fully specified using one "x" parameter)
e.g.:
Si(1-x)Ge(x) - Binary alloy
Al(x)Ga(1-x)As - Ternary alloy with fixed component
We need to add support for ternary/
We can do this in the input file ("s.r") using multiple columns:
Column 1: Thickness of layer
Columns 2 to (N+1): Each of the N alloy components in the layer
Column N+1: Volume doping in layer
After doing this, hopefully we can deprecate the old efsx program.
