Moving a selection results in heavy clipping artifacts until the movement stops

Bug Description

Reproducing this is relatively simple:
1. Write a few lines of text on a blank page.
2. Select some relatively small rectangle of the text.
3. Start dragging it around.
Noticeable clipping occurs during the movement. It is possible that this clipping is a result of the many individual items that may be moved as part of the selection move operation.

It looks like this has largely been fixed in Qt4.4, so it was probably a Qt issue (repaints were a known problem in Qt 4.3). Marking it as invalid. Will reopen if it resurfaces.
