Bug Description
We should have a way to make a single row editable. I think it would also be nice if the editable rows had a different background color. For instance, when a row is editable, but not edited, it should be green. When it's being edited and not yet saved, it should be red. At least this makes sense for CouchGrid, but I think it might be nice for a DictionaryGrid too.
