Bug Description
Steps:
1. Add some tasks
2. Use the filters to filter by the task name
3. Click the Add task button
Result:
Nothing appears to happen, however, the task was in fact added. However, it's hard to set up the filters to view the task again.
Work Around:
Remove all filters and then filter for Completed -> Unchecked and the row will appear. You may need to change the filter to Checked and then Unchecked again to cause it to appear.
This bug is not in PyTask, but rather is due to the way filters work in Quickly Widgets.

A couple of things need to happen in Quickly Widgets to make this work properly for apps that use GridFilter the way PyTask does:
1. Refiltering needs to occur as soon as a column is chosen
2. All filters need to handle None values in the backing dictionary properly.
3. The GridFilter should have a "clear" button, so users can easily remove filters.
