problem to take screenshots

I am working in lucid-e1 and when I try to take LiveCD welcome pic I see the waring:

The command seems to have crashed.
This may be a false positive; if you see the window
you need to capture, just maximize it manuallly.

But I've seen any windows to capture. Is there a workaround?
