There should be "quickly lint"

Quickly should integrate pylint with a "quickly check" command, with some carefully chosen default options, that will help people learn better Python style.

Is this done? quickly test seems to do this. But the dependency pylint is not pulled in when you install quickly.

It took me a while to realise I had to install pylint to make 'quickly test' pass. This should be a dependency since the default test set contains a pylint test.
