Bug Description

The ability to run the application from the ubuntu-project template after refactoring for packaging command. Users are now required to run the application from the bin directory. This should be fixed so that users can run the application from the project_name directory root.

How about adding a quickly run command?

I have pushed a run command to lp:~ken-vandine/quickly/quickly-run

Oh, I didn't see it (did you ask for a merge proposal?).
I pushed one "quickly run" command yesterday. I think that fixes the issue.
